Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Standard U.S. shipping generally arrives within 5–7 business days.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us via email hello@nousnails.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled, we're unable to make changes.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a USPS tracking number via email. From that point forward, your shipment is in the care of USPS.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you can't locate your package, we recommend:
✱ Waiting up to 24 hours, as USPS may mark packages as delivered before the final drop-off.
✱ Checking your mailbox, parcel lockers, front door, side entrances, and with neighbors.
✱ Contacting your local USPS Post Office with your tracking number, as they can often provide GPS delivery information and additional delivery details.

Please note that NOUS is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

While we're unable to replace or refund orders due to carrier delivery issues, if you need help locating your package, feel free to email us at hello@nousnails.com and we'll do our best to assist.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
✱ Unused
✱ Unopened
✱ In their original packaging
✱ Factory seal intact

Due to our limited design runs, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

No. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll make it right. ☻

Here's full directions for application.

1. Clean nails with prep pad
2. Apply nail sticker, if you're in between sizes opt for a slightly smaller size. Stick, size and slightly stretch to fit.
3. Smooth out any air bubbles with the wooden stick provided.
4. Clip and Buff. Buff in a gentle downward motion to avoid lifting.

With proper application, NOUS nails typically last up to 14+ days with salon-quality shine.

Choose the strip that fits your nail edge to edge without touching your skin or cuticle. If you're between sizes, always choose the slightly smaller strip.

✱ Nail Hack: Watch our reel here. Warm it up to make it more flexible by rubbing it in the palm of your hands or place it briefly over a warm mug of coffee. Once softened, apply and gently stretch to fit. Note: this only works for slightly smaller strips; overstretching can tear the film or distort the artwork.

Our gel strips are slightly stretchable. Gently warm the strip between your fingers and lightly stretch it for a better fit before curing.

The most common reasons are:
✱ Oil or lotion left on the nail
✱ Strip touching the skin or cuticle
✱ Air bubbles during application
✱ Not sealing the edges before curing

Yes, you can watch our reel here! If you prefer a longer nail look, you can apply Nous nail strips over clear press-ons or extensions just like you would on natural nails. Be sure the base surface is clean and dry before applying.

Please ensure the following:
✱ The USB-C cable is fully connected
✱ The lamp is plugged into a power source while using.
✱ Turn on by tapping the top of the lamp. The lamp turns on for 60 sec for each cure.

Yes! Most standard LED nail lamps will cure NOUS gel strips. However, we recommend using the NOUS LED Lamp for the curing time and results we designed our system around.

No, our curing lamp is not UV. We use LED for curing.

Yes! A 10 min sun cure will suffice if you are walking with bright sun in the daytime.
✱ However, please note depending on sun index availability in your region or season may vary the outcome.

Apply NOUS Remover Serum around the edges of each nail. Let sit for 30-60 secs. Gently lift the strip using the wooden stick as the serum works underneath. Never force or peel the strips off.

No. When applied and removed correctly, NOUS is designed to be a damage-free alternative to traditional gel manicures.

Yes. Once fully cured, your nails are water-resistant and made for everyday wear. We do recommend to avoid taking a bath or applying oils at least 1 hour after application.

Absolutely. We recommend waiting at least one hour after application before using oils or lotions.
