All designs and drops are limited runs, meaning availability may change without notice. Prices and collections are subject to update at any time. Nous Nails reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and payment providers as listed on the checkout page  (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). Nous Nails is not responsible for any additional bank or transaction fees. Orders are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways, and Nous Nails does not store full credit card details. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order for reasons including suspected fraud, resale activity, or inventory limitations.

4. SMS/MMS Marketing

You understand and agree that attempting to opt out by texting other words or verbally requesting one of our team members to remove you from our list is not accounted for as a reasonable means of opting out. You acknowledge that the message frequency is various and that consent is not a condition to purchase. The program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us. You must have a wireless device of your own, be capable of two-way.

5. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, your payment method will be securely tokenized by our payment processor to allow automatic recurring billing. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting hello@nousnails.com.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. For the purposes of this policy, “unopened” means the original seal on the product box has not been broken, opened, or tampered with. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items where the box seal has been opened, broken, or altered in any way..

7. Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally. International shipping rates vary by location and are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees charged by their country. Nous Nails is not responsible for delays due to customs.

All content on this site including product designs, images, text, logos, and packaging is the property of Nous Nails LLC and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nous Nails products are for external, cosmetic use only. Always follow application and removal instructions carefully. Nous Nails is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from use or misuse of our products or website. Even though our products are formulated to be non-toxic, keep all items out of reach of babies, children, and pets. Results may vary depending on individual nail condition and application technique.
