• For slightly smaller strips, warm in the palm of hands before applying. Then gently stretch and adhere.
• Nail strip must stick on nail bed only. Avoid sealing over cuticle edge as it will lift up.
• Use the wooden stick to roll and seal the edges before curing.
• Don’t fold or crease the strip.
02. Cure
Plug in your Nous LED Lamp and tap to power on. Cure each hand for 60 seconds to lock in a long-lasting finish.
Do’s & Don’ts:
• Do: Keep your hand steady under the lamp until the lamp turns off.
• Don’t: Remove your hand mid-curing as this can affect adhesion and shine.
03. Buff & Slay
Once cured, clip and file to your desired shape. Always buff in a downward motion for a smooth, salon-quality finish.
Tips:
• Avoid filing in an up-and-down motion, which can lift the strip after curing.
• Skip lotion or oils for at least one hour post-application for maximum hold.

What if a strip doesn’t fit my nail exactly?
If you’re between sizes, opt for the smaller one to avoid overlapping onto the skin or cuticles. Choose a strip that fits slightly inside your nail line and leave a small gap at the cuticle. Never overlap onto the skin or cuticle—adhesive only sticks properly to the nail bed, and overlap can cause early lifting.
If a strip is slightly small, how do I make it fit?
Warm it up to make it more flexible—rub it in the palm of your hands or place it briefly over a warm mug of coffee. Once softened, apply and gently stretch to fit. Note: this only works for slightly smaller strips; overstretching can tear the film or distort the artwork.
